A customer with queries related to SBI Card can write an email to their customer support team. However, you cannot send the email directly. SBI Card Grievance Redressal System
Customers who have not received satisfactory response from SBI Card within the stipulated time frame can escalate the issue to the nodal/principal nodal officer.
